I am a staff emergency physician at the Toronto East General Hospital and hold the rank of Assistant professor at the faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. I am also the Director of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Education for our Emergency Department.
I have worked closely with mister Paul for the passed few years. He has been one of our Finest Emergency Department staff. His presence and de-escalation skills are very much appreciated when dealing with difficult patients in our Emergency Department. He always responds promptly to our calls for Assistance and is very hard working. He is pleasant toward the patients even the ones that are particularly difficult, and takes pride in his work. He is a team player and helps our Emergency Department run smoothly.
